'Obviously, You are Pregnant and You look Fat!,' is the immortal line uttered by Jeet on the Channel 4 reality TV series, The Family, when his wife Kaki asks him if she looks fat.

The Channel 4's series may have propelled the couple into the limelight, but this play, tells the real love story of Jeet and Kaki, which begins when an emerging Bollywood actor meets Desk Top Publishing project leader in Mumbai and both of them fall in love at first sight.

What follows is marriage, the couple starting a new life in UK, setting up a successful theatre company and the birth of their two adorable children, Bhavika and Jaskaranjeet, and as this musical love story unfolds there is lots of love, sacrifice, singing, snake dancing and laughter!

Starring Jeet, Kaki (who makes her debut on stage), and a few puppets, the show will feature and exclusive sound track sung by Jeet as he sets out to win his true love and impress his fans! A great night out with members of The Family, who have found a place in our hearts as their bared their souls on the reality television show with candour and compassion.

Watermans Presents: Arctic Adventures Family Fun Day on Sunday 12 September as we launch our packed Autumn Season of Children's theatre and workshops events.

Audiences will be entranced with Penguin, a fabulous musical and puppet performance, adapted by Long Nose Puppets (a Watermans favourite), from the award winning author, Polly Dunbar.
Ben is delighted when he rips open his present and finds a penguin inside. "Hello, Penguin!" says Ben. Penguin says nothing. What can Ben do to make Penguin speak? Follow the twists and turns of this charming tale of friendship and unspoken loyalty in which a silent Penguin turns marvellously eloquent and a little boy finally gets his heart's desire.
The Times described this show as 'a visual delight', and if this is not enough of a treat, then children can also enjoy Cartoon shorts in the Cinema; arctic movement workshops, face painting, and Arctic Adventures murals and much more....

IN a last ditch attempt to raise the remaining funds for the Tropical Zoo a councillor is riding from Bristol to Brentford.

Last year Syon Councillor Jon Hardy scuba-dived in the Syon Park based Zoo's piranna tank to raise awareness of their plight, but says the cycle ride he started on Saturday is "the most stupid thing" he has ever attempted.

A BRENTFORD houseboat owner has failed in a high court battle to block plans for visitor moorings on the River Brent.

Nigel Moore, a Community Councillor and waterways advisor, hoped to persuade Judge Mr Justice Wyn Williams, to quash a Government planning inspector's decision to grant permission for the moorings at Ferry Quay, on the north bank of the river where it meets the Thames.

Mr Moore fears the development will jeopardise Government plans to promote use of the waterways for transport of freight and waste.
