Flamenco taking shape

Posted by Michael Edmondstone on Aug 11, 08 03:24 PM in Bloggers

Have been unable to write due to commitments of bringing home pay-cheques and, unfortunately, work on Flamenco's been stunted by the same beast. But, for what it's worth, she's beginning to look fresh.

I spent this morning painting the inside walls, so now they're pristine white instead of drab ply-wood, scuffed and covered with pencil lines. The living-room's starting to appear respectable- it's clean and warm, the spiders appear to have moved to more grotty areas of the boat and we even have an elegant writing desk, donated by a friend, in the corner. It's become a place worthy of relaxing in, instead of a messy workshop that one would want to be in only when working or sleeping.

We'd like to hear from you.
