Caring Brentford neighbours support Macmillan

The Brentford Dock Residents' Association raised over £3,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support during recent fundraising activities.

Neighbours at the canalside development clubbed together to raise £1,495 from a bring and buy sale held in their club room on September 20.

They then raised another £1,531 by taking part in Macmillan's World's Biggest Coffee Morning on September 26, bringing their total donation to £3,026.

Cllr Caroline Andrews said: "The residents association are very active, they do fund raising year after year. There are so many residents living there who want to do good."
