Brentford Holiday Inn wins hotel of the year

The Holiday Inn in Brentford Lock has scooped The Hotel of the Year Award for the third year running.

The 2009 Hotel of the Year award recognises the top hotels in each global region that have achieved the best results in satisfying their owners, customers, employees and communities.

Denzil Ratnam, General Manager of the hotel said: " When we scooped four prestigious awards at the 2007 European, Middle East and Africa Awards last year I never imagined we would be awarded the Hotel of the Year again this year.
