Gunnersbury Park consultation results soon to be announced

Results from the recent public consultation about the future of Gunnersbury Park are soon to be announced.

Ealing and Hounslow councils have decided the next meeting of the Gunnersbury Park Joint Advisory Panel will take place on Monday November 30, where the consultation results will be presented to the panel.

Hounslow's Executive Member for Leisure, Councillor Rebecca Stewart said: "Both Ealing and ourselves were keen to get this meeting fixed as soon as possible.

"Full results from the public consultation are keenly awaited by all councillors on the panel and will be key to their discussions about what can be done to ensure a bright future for this important park and green space."

Local organisations with a keen interest in the park, such as STIG, have now agreed December 5 for their next stakeholder group meeting, where results of the consultation will be presented and discussed by the public.
